You are allowed to use our extensions on more than one domain, however we provide support only for the domain you've registered with us, for the length of your subscription.
The buyer gets support for 6 months subscription, All upgrades are free during this subscription period.
When the subscription period of six months expires and you do not renew the license, you can continu using the Licensed Software without any restrictions on use. However you must renew the subscription if you would like to have the access to the support and updates for new six months.
You are allowed to make any changes to the code, however modified code will not be supported by us.
We provide all functionallity which we gives you on documentation
We offer the ability to renew your license for a up to 10% discount of a new license price.
Payment is not refundable, Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be easily duplicated. Once we have distributed a release version to the customer, the sale is final, and you may not return the software for a refund or credit. Please be cautious and make sure you know what you are purchasing.
Before making the purchase please try the demo first and read the documentation, any conflicting claim with our terms will not be accepted and the payment will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Any customizations requests are chargeable separately, When you send us your specifications We will give you an estimate cost and completion time for the project, After we got the deal confirmation We require a 50% upfront deposit before starting and the 50% rest upon delivery.
All customizations requests are evaluated for our policy compliance, New features and improvements can be added to our software without any restrictions. Our goal is to provide the highest quality user experience and continually improve the component, something we're always trying to achieve.
The software, text, logo and icons representing our softwares are the property of INOVWAYS S.A.R.L. You are not authorized to reuse or republish them without the written consent from us.
You agree not to remove our logo, copyrights, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to reveal the inner workings or modify the functionality of the inovways.com site and any of its services, software and content. INOVWAYS S.A.R.L is willing to provide you the necessary information to be able to perform tasks regarding compatible programming at reasonable terms. You agree not to remove any label indicating that the inovways.com Site and any of its services, software and content is the subject of copyright and other intellectual, industrial or proprietary rights of inovways.com and/or third parties.
